"we", "us" and "Company" refers to APS Enterprises Party, third party or us, may refer to both the customer and us. Payment is accepted by cash, bank draft, bank transfer or check. We ensure that the customer pays in full once the job is done. We may be willing to give you 30 days to settle the remaining balance. If the due date has passed and the remaining amount is not paid, you will be required to pay interest (one day depending on the amount remaining) or a fine. We reserve the right to collect unpaid amounts after 60 days from the date of invoice through a collection or small claims agency. In this case, you must pay administrative or legal fees. Service Cancellation Policy Service cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Information may be provided by fax, telephone, email or written notice. We reserve the right to charge you a small fee to cover any subsequent administration fees. Refund Policy We are committed to providing you with service satisfaction. To gain customer trust, we have implemented a refund system that works when you want to cancel the service or the services are not perfect.
